Sweety

Tanvin Sweety born and grew up in a big happy family of seven sisters and two brothers. Today she is known as the very successful small screen actress Sweety.

Sweety entered into the industry as a model. She began her career as a model with Afzal Hossain's Diamond Brand in 1991. Later she worked on her modeling and acting school. She even enrolled herself in the ‘Theatre School’ in Baily Road. And she made her debut as an actress in Abdullah Al Mamun’s play ‘Spordha’. Though she won accolades, Sweety earned her true recognition as a magnificent actress with her role in Mamunur Rashid’s serial ‘Shundori”. Her role in Dokanir bou, Haraner nath jamai, Roopali nodir dheu, Jamila, Labonno Probha, Jol Porey Pata Norey, Cholchhey Cholbey, Pothey Pothey Chaltey Chaltey and The New Shabuj Opera all won rave reviews and audience accolade. She has also performed in several popular stage plays, such as Payer Awaj Pawa Jay, Meraj Fakirer Ma, Ekhono Kritodash and Meherjan. These days Sweety hardly takes modelling assignments but she is regular on TV plays and serials.
